Global Smokefree Partnership

The National Forum for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention collaborated with the Global Smokefree Partnership to bring more than 150 smokefree resources onto the Policy Depot. Ranging from local to global in scope, the resources include articles, guides, reports, and presentations produced by the Global Smokefree Partnership and its partners throughout the world.

The Global Smokefree Partnership is a global partnership dedicated to promoting effective smokefree air policies worldwide. It brings together civil society and nongovernmental organizations, universities, intergovernmental organizations, ministries of health, corporations, and individuals active in international smokefree air policy. The Global Smokefree Partnership works by helping practitioners and advocates of smokefree policies to: access the evidence for smokefree policies, request assistance from a network of experts, and take action in support of smokefree policies. The Global Smokefree Partnership is currently hosted by the International Union against Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases (The Union) and the Framework Convention Alliance.
